Stavinoha Enterprises Home Construction is owned by Mike Stavinoha. Our goal is to build unique custom "spec" homes that add value for not only our clients but for our community, as well. To do this we spend a tremendous amount of time designing homes that "fit" the site, taking full advantage of the views and topography and bringing the outdoors in. Stavinoha Enterprises is proud to present this elegant hill country home overlooking stone creek and the surrounding hill country.  The architect and the builder worked together to take advantage of the views from every window.  As you enter the home, you’ll notice the lovely stone interior walls, beams, wood windows, tall ceilings, wood floors and more.  But your eyes will continue to be drawn to the views.  Step onto the large covered patio with thick stone arches framing this beautiful view, pull up a chair and enjoy.  Don’t miss the built in barbeque pit and gas grill.  As you head back into the kitchen, you’ll find rustic cherry cabinets, beautiful granite countertops and stainless appliances.  There are two guest suites each with private baths, a study with vaulted ceiling and stone wall showcasing the large picture window which frames the view of the clubhouse.  The curved stone wall in the master bath is the perfect backdrop for the gorgeous tub and Swarovski crystal chandelier.  Travertine floors, an oversized shower and rustic cherry cabinets finish off this warm and elegant bath.  The laundry room is conveniently located just off the master bath.  The motor court and garages provide great parking and amazing storage with room for 3 cars, golf cart, storage room and shop area.  All of the materials for this home were carefully selected to reflect the beauty and charm of the Texas Hill Country.
