Comanche Trace is a 1300 acre development of luxury Estate, Single Family, and Garden Patio homes. We offer diverse architectural styles, price points, and property options for almost every taste and budget.
If building a home to your individual style and specifications is your goal, Comanche Trace provides the opportunity to build a fully custom home or choose a floorplan and build in one of our planned neighborhoods.
We currently have three planned neighborhoods, Tuscan Village, German Cottage, and Les Chateaux, where you can select your lot and view, choose from one of our architect-designed floorplans, customize your finish outs, and have your new home completed in no time.
Looking for something uniquely tailored to your needs? There are homesites available throughout the development for you to build a custom Single-Family or Estate Home. Our newest custom neighborhoods, Phase 10 and Phase 11, have the most availability but there are a selection of lots left in some of our other neighborhoods. The process is easy. Just pick your lot, select a builder from our Preferred Builders list or bring in your own, have your builder or architect design your home, then build your new custom home. If you prefer to skip the building process, we may just have the right property for you. At any given time, we have up to 25+ homes for sale in Comanche Trace. Maintaining the beauty of our development and protecting the investments of our residents is the ARC’s top priority. But we are always willing to consider new ideas that will compliment our community.
Homes at Comanche Trace range in price from $270,000 to $2,000,000 and homesites range from $70,000 to over $200,000. Many of our residents tell us the reason they chose Comanche Trace was the value they received for their money.
