The Club at Comanche Trace's gates open to a spectacular landscape that forms a backdrop for a golf
experience like no other. This course provides stunning vistas at every turn, including the Pinnacle Clubhouse, wildlife, lush fairways, lakes, and streams. Our professional staff will strive
to provide service that will exceed your expectations and make your event successful and enjoyable.
The Club has a full service Pro Shop, offering a wide range of golf attire (with Comanche Trace logo),
golf equipment and club repair services. Our seasonal apparel includes selected labels such as Carnoustie, Adidas, Ashworth, Straight Down and Fairway and Green. In addition,
we can assist you with a special order for merchandise that features both your company's logo and
the Club's logo. Our selection of golf equipment consists of Titleist, Ping, Callaway, Odyssey, Taylor
Made, Mizuno, Cobra, and Scotty Cameron Putters.

Anthony B. "Tony" Johnson, PGA Head Golf Professional |
Anthony B. "Tony" Johnson, Class "A" member of the PGA, came to Comanche Trace from Escondido
Golf Club in Horseshoe Bay, Texas, where he served as First Assistant Golf Professional
managing the golf operations of a newly developed private club.
Previous to Escondido, Tony served as Head Golf Professional at
the upscale daily fee club SilverHorn Golf Club of Texas (San Antonio), and
First Assistant Golf Professional at The Club at Sonterra (San Antonio).
Tony is an accomplished player, finishing 16th in the 2007 National Assistants Championship, 39th in the 2007 PGA National Championship, and 10th in the 2007 Southern Texas PGA Section Championship. Tony brings not only his deep love of the game but also a high standard of customer service to the Club at Comanche Trace.

Scott Parker Golf Course Superintendent |
Scott Parker, certified golf course superintendent, graduated from Mississippi State University in 1981,
(cum laude) with a B.S. degree in Turfgrass Management. He served as Assistant. Superintendent at
Brookhaven Country Club for three years and Dallas Country Club for three years. Scott became the
“Grow-in Superintendent” at Southern Trace Country Club in Shreveport, LA and was involved with the
initial construction and opening of the course in 1988. Scott returned to Dallas Country Club and served
an additional 10 years as the Superintendent. In 1999, Scott arrived at Comanche Trace before
construction began and has been the superintendent throughout the construction and maturation of
the course until the present day. Scott and his wife, Lisa, have one daughter.

Anna Macosko, LPGA Tour Player Teaching Professional |
Comanche Trace is pleased to have LPGA Tour Member Anna Acker-Macosko on the teaching
professional staff. With 15 years of professional playing experience and 12 years of teaching experience,
Anna is a valuable addition to our team. Anna’s career highlights include All-American Women’s Golf
NCAA Division I participation, Membership on the LPGA Tour 1996-2005, with five top ten finishes, and
competition on several national women’s professional golf tours, compiling 13 mini-tour wins. Anna is
available for both private and group instruction and will be participating in many golf clinics throughout

Bob Leist, PGA Asst. Golf Professional |
Having played golf since 1960, including junior, high school and college golf, Bob turned professional in 1978. He played on numerous mini tours on the west coast and worked as an assistant professional at Sierra Sage Golf Course, and Monterey Country Club in Palm Springs, CA, as well as spending 6 months in Jamaica as a teaching professional at a golf resort. Bob played on the Cadillac Tour in 2004-2005. He taught golf classes for Truckee Meadows Community College (Reno, NV), was captain of the Junior America’s Cup for Nevada (1997), and played in the 2008 U.S. Sr. Open at the Broadmoor Golf Club in Colorado Springs, CO.
Hired at Comanche Trace as Assistant Golf Professional in April, 2008, Bob enjoys working, teaching and playing golf with members here at Comanche Trace.
Bob is married with three sons and three grandchildren.
