Quality, integrity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are the cornerstones of Manchester Homebuilders, LLC and since 1974 we have been building on these principles. Beginning as an apprentice to a building contractor in Santa Cruz, California, James Manchester progressed to a master builder of custom homes in Carmel and Pebble Beach. His experience includes not only building homes but also large commercial projects — from multi-story hotels and business complexes to churches and retail centers. He moved from Carmel to Kerrville in February 2006 and began building custom homes, employing the same high level of integrity and craftsmanship used throughout his career. The terrain of the Texas Hill Country and its unique architecture is what drew Manchester Homebuilders to the area. Building homes that fit the surroundings while creating consistency throughout the project from the exterior design through the smallest architectural details is the goal of every project.
