Stacy and her husband sold their boat dealership in San Antonio after 17 years and began a worldwide search of where they wanted to live. They found it all at Comanche Trace, where Stacy now enjoys working in the community that she loves.

Richard has been in marketing and sales for most of his adult life. After a five year stint in the military, Richard attended Loyola University of the South where he majored in Computer Science. Following school, he worked for 5 years as a Programmer and Systems Analyst for major firms in his hometown of New Orleans, Louisiana. It was at this time he decided to switch his focus to professional sales. He has held various licenses in Securities, property/casualty, life insurance and most recently Real Estate. Richard has been successful, both as a business owner and in various sales related roles. In 2008, Richard and his wife of 51 years, Louise, moved to Comanche Trace. Richard looks forward to utilizing his knowledge, familiarity, and love of the community as well as its residents to promote the lifestyle, property, and many amenities Comanche Trace has to offer through real estate marketing and sales.

Originally from Midland, Texas, Gena and her family moved to Kerrville in 1987 to work in the art publishing business, representing several artists associated with the Cowboy Artists of America. Gena has 17 years of experience in the health care industry, and worked for the Kerrville Area Chamber of Commerce as their Member Relations representative before joining the team at Comanche Trace. Gena and her husband Jack have two children, a daughter and son, Heather & Justin, and a grandson, Cole. Gena's favorite pastime is playing golf and spending time with her family and friends.
Native to the Dallas/Fort Worth Area, Kaitlyn attended the University Of North Texas College Of Business for 3 years before deciding to relocate to the Hill Country in December 2017. While in North Texas she worked over 5 years in the food service industry as a Corporate Trainer and a part of the Grand Store Opening Teams. She has a wealth of experience with building an event from start to finish, and understands the importance of attention to detail. She has trained various staff on quality control, compliance and she specializes in the ultimate customer service experience. She can work with you to plan receptions, luncheons, and holiday parties that fit your needs.
Charles Carlile, better known as Chase, was born in born in Junction, Texas. His family moved to Kerrville in 1987. His father was a Chef as well and worked at The Bluebonnet Cafe in Kerrville. He started cooking meals for his sisters when he was 6. His beginnings were simple things like chicken and rice, and that blossomed to more. His love for cooking grew as he did. He has now been into the industry for 20 years. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children in his free time. His favorite thing about Comanche Trace is spending time in the kitchen, cooking great food, for great people.

Mark comes to Comanche Trace from Lago Vista/Highland Lakes Golf Club where he served as the Director of Golf. Prior to this, Mark was employed at River Hills Country Club- Corpus Christi where he served as the General Manager/Chief Operating Manager/Director of Golf. Mark was the Head Golf Professional at Wentworth Golf Club in Tarpon, FL, the PGA Director/Head Golf Professional at Eagle’s Bluff Country Club in Bullard, TX and was the Head Golf Professional/PGA Director of Golf at Pelican Bay Country Club in Daytona Beach, FL.

Head Teaching Professional
Cary comes to Comanche Trace from The Club at Fairvue Plantation in the Nashville, Tennessee area where he served as the Head Golf Professional from June 2012 through November 2017. He has over 35 years of experience teaching and coaching Members on theirgolf game. He has taught the full spectrum of golfers…from beginners, mid-level handicappers, low handicappers, to college students and a few Professionals. His teaching philosophy is to take the classic fundamentals and incorporate those into each student’s personal and physical abilities along with taking into account their personal goals for golf. Over the years, Cary has served as Head Golf Professional or Director of Golf at Clubs such as Lakewood and Las Colinas in Dallas to Pleasant Valley in Little Rock and Oak Hills and River Crossing in San Antonio since 1984.

Logan was born and raised in Kerrville. After graduating from Tivy High School in 2008, he attended college in Austin for 3 years before moving back home. Upon his return he entered the medical field and had started work towards obtaining his RN license but soon realized that was not what he wanted to do. In November 2012 he joined the staff at Comanche Trace. Logan started in outside services and worked his way up to 2nd Assistant Golf Professional. He loves golf, and when not working you can usually find him on the golf course. He resides with his wife, Jenna, along with their two children Jayda and Henry.
Assistant Golf Professional
Kelsey graduated from Elon University in Elon, North Carolina in 2017 where she played college golf and has previously interned at Trump National Doral Golf Course in Miami, FL and Greens Folly Golf Course in South Boston, VA. In addition to working at Comanche Trace, Kelsey is also the Assistant Golf Coach at Schreiner University.
Starter/ Tournament Director for James Avery Invitational
In 2005, after living in Houston and working in the auto industry for 30 years, Jay and his wife Tracey moved to Comanche Trace. Jay has been with Comanche Trace for 3 years and is the Tournament Director for the 2016 James Avery Invitational. Jay and his wife have one son, Colin, who is serving in the U.S. Navy.
Certified Golf Course Superintendent
Jim Osborne is a Class A Golf Course Superintendent with the Golf Course Superintendent’s Association of America. He received his B.S. from Iowa State University, before assuming progressive responsibilities at golf courses throughout the country. These include Augusta National Golf Club, The Country Club of Birmingham, The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch, and most recently Las Colinas Country Club in Irving, TX. During his 17-year career in the golf industry Jim has prepared courses for the PGA Championship, The Masters Tournament, consecutive LPGA Texas Shootouts, and countless amateur events catered to all skill levels. Jim enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling and in the gym with his girlfriend Lindsey. Jim is also an enthusiastic St. Louis Cardinal and Iowa Hawkeye fan and enjoys traveling to spend time with his family who still resides in his hometown of New London, IA.
Michael joined Comanche Trace in 2004. Prior to that he was the controller for one of the largest home owners’ associations in Texas, Pecan Plantation Owners’ Association and Country Club in Granbury, where he worked for eight years. He graduated from Tarleton State University with a degree in accounting in 1998 and received his CPA license shortly thereafter. He and his family moved to Kerrville for the opportunity to be part of a vibrant, growing organization and community.
Human Resource Manager/Accounting
A native of the hill country, Le Ann was born in Junction and moved to Kerrville in 2000. Le Ann graduated from Schreiner University with a B.B.A. in Accounting/Information Systems and has over 19 years experience in the accounting field. She joined Comanche Trace in May 2010 as the Human Resource Manager and is part of the accounting team. She has one daughter, Kristin.
Growing up in Kerrville, Ashley graduated from Tivy High School in 2003. She joined Comanche Trace in 2010 while attending Schreiner University, earning her B.A. in Psychology with extensive accounting courses. Ashley and her husband Eloy have three children and enjoy being involved in their school and sports activities.

Laura was born and raised in Kerrville. She graduated from Tivy High School and attended Schreiner University. Laura has over 20 years of experience working as an Executive/Administrative Assistant and is married to her high school sweetheart, James. They have 3 children and are very involved with their activities.
Marketing & Advertising Director
Born and raised right here in The Texas Hill Country, Kelsey has a true love for this area. She has over 6 years experience in the Customer Service and Marketing industries. In her free time, she enjoys an array of outdoor activities, reading, and cooking. She also enjoys meeting new people. Kelsey is excited to expand her Marketing experience here at Comanche Trace.
Community Association Manager
Dennis and his wife Heather decided to call Comanche Trace home after he retired from The City of Tulsa. After coming to the Hill Country for over 20 years while visiting family, they knew they wanted to move here. Comanche Trace was the type of community they were drawn to, and after visiting, the decision was an easy one. They appreciate the high quality HOA and exceptional golf course. Those are just two of the reasons they call Comanche Trace home.
Christian is a native of Kerrville, Texas. Her paternal great grandfather settled here in the late 1800's. She resides on her family ranch and enjoys watching all of the wildlife around their houses. Christian attended Bouder Fashion College in Arlington, Texas and received her associate’s degree in Fashion & Merchandising and has been in the retail/customer service field for 28 years. She loves helping people find what they are looking for and is excited to be the welcoming face you see and voice you hear at Comanche Trace.
