Stacy and her husband sold their boat dealership in San Antonio after 17 years and began a worldwide search of where they wanted to live. Richard has been in marketing and sales for most of his adult life. After a five year stint in the military, Richard attended Loyola University of the South where he majored in Computer Science. Following school, he worked for 5 years as a Programmer and Systems Analyst for major firms in his hometown of New Orleans, Louisiana. It was at this time he decided to switch his focus to professional sales. He has held various licenses in Securities, property/casualty, life insurance and most recently Real Estate. Richard has been successful, both as a business owner and in various sales related roles. In 2008, Richard and his wife of 51 years, Louise, moved to Comanche Trace. Richard looks forward to utilizing his knowledge, familiarity, and love of the community as well as its residents to promote the lifestyle, property, and many amenities Comanche Trace has to offer through real estate marketing and sales.

Trent was born and raised in Plano, Texas. He attended Stephen F. Austin University and has 25+ years in the Food & Beverage & Club industry. He has a plethora of valuable knowledge, serving in many different roles over the years. Trent and his wife of 20 years, Heidi, have 2 children. One is a sophomore in college, and one a senior at Tivy Highschool. In his free time, Trent enjoys golf, tennis, shooting, and going out on Lake Travis.
Head Golf Professional
Jeff came to Comanche Trace after some time in Fort Worth, Texas. Jeff is an award-winning PGA Professional with over 25 years of experience as a General Manager, Director of Golf, and Head Golf Professional. Jeff has an outstanding professional resume. He has won the Bill Strausbaugh Award, played in several US Open Tours, and qualified for the Senior Golf Professional Championship. He has been a member of the Joe Black Cup Team multiple times and has also served on the Tournament Committee for the STPGA.
Jeff has 2 daughters that live in San Antonio, so this next step with Comanche Trace brings him closer to family as well.
Golf Course Superintendent
Jeff was born in San Angelo, Texas. The son of a High School Football Coach, Jeff and his family lived all over the state.
He mowed his first green at the young age of 6 at Shady Oaks in Baird, Texas and never looked back. He worked at the Llano River Golf Course almost every summer growing up, this is another reason that he claims Llano, Texas as "Home". While working at Southern Hills Country Club in Tulsa, Ok, he graduated from Tulsa Community College with his degree in Applied Science Horticulture Technology. Jeff has played a role in many major tournaments including the 2007 PGA Championship at Southern Hills Country Club, the 2007 US Open at Oakmont Country Club, and numerous TGA Tournaments. He now calls Kerrville home with his wife Melisa. They have 5 children, Brayli, Bella, Ryli, Randolph, and Paxton. Together they enjoy spending time with family in Llano and being outdoors.
Originally from Midland, Texas, Gena and her family moved to Kerrville in 1987 to work in the art publishing business, representing several artists associated with the Cowboy Artists of America. Gena has 17 years of experience in the health care industry, and worked for the Kerrville Area Chamber of Commerce as their Member Relations representative before joining the team at Comanche Trace. Gena and her husband Jack have two children, a daughter and son, Heather & Justin, and 2 grandsons, Cole & Felix. Gena's favorite pastime is playing golf and spending time with her family and friends.
Charles Carlile, better known as Chase, was born in born in Junction, Texas. His family moved to Kerrville in 1987. His father was a Chef as well and worked at The Bluebonnet Cafe in Kerrville. He started cooking meals for his sisters when he was 6. His beginnings were simple things like chicken and rice, and that blossomed to more. His love for cooking grew as he did. He has now been into the industry for 20 years. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children in his free time. His favorite thing about Comanche Trace is spending time in the kitchen, cooking great food, for great people.

Senior Assistant Golf Professional
In 2005, after living in Houston and working in the auto industry for 30 years, Jay and his wife Tracey moved to Comanche Trace. Jay has been with Comanche Trace for 3 years and is the Tournament Director for the 2016 James Avery Invitational. Jay and his wife have one son, Colin, who is serving in the U.S. Navy.
Cate Fahey graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Fitness and a Minor in Nutrition. In addition, she holds a Masters Degree in Exercise Science with a focus in Injury Prevention and Performance Enhancement. Cate has spent the last 20 years in the health and biotech industry. Most recently, she has specialized in sports medicine surgery, which has reinforced her belief in proper technique and injury prevention. She currently is the Schreiner University Cycling Coach, spin instructor, and Personal trainer. Cate’s philosophy in training is efficiency and balance which she has had to achieve as the mother of 4 active children. Certifications include: National Academy of Sports Medicine, National Association of Speed and Explosion.
Ken Marshall grew up in Leon Springs on the north side of San Antonio. After high school he attended college at Western State University of Colorado in Gunnison. He majored in Business and minored in Kinesiology. Ken has been a full time personal trainer for 10 years. He is certified by the American Counsel on Exercise and is also a Certified Senior Fitness Specialist, Golf Conditioning Specialist, Post Orthopedic Rehab Specialist and a Weight Management Specialist. In Ken's free time he enjoys boating, motorcycles, exercising, music, working on his small ranch and keeping up with current real estate and stock market trends. Ken does not just preach the importance of exercise and nutrition, he lives it.
Nelson Tumlinson is a NSCA certified personal trainer. He has over 7 years experience in Personal Training & Supervision of Physical Therapy Technicians, wellness clients & clinical students. He is the owner of Hill Country Wellness & Performance, LLC. and works out of the Kroc Center, Center for Fitness, Comanche Trace, & River Hills Mall. He offers private one on one sessions as well as semi-private sessions and classes. He would love to help you reach your fitness goals. His motto is, "Improvement through movement" from his time in physical therapy and he strongly believes in Mans sana in corpore sano, "A sound mind in a sound body."
As a new resident to Comanche Trace and a recently retired National Account Sales SVP in the foodservice industry, Terry and his wife Janet and are excited to be a part of the community. He was born and raised in Texas and have spent the past 47 years in Houston.
Terry has always been a fitness enthusiast and recently graduated from the National Personal Training Institute as a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer. He would love the opportunity to share his passion for a healthy lifestyle through physical fitness, proper exercise and a well-rounded diet so that you can achieve your personal fitness goals.
Michael joined Comanche Trace in 2004. Prior to that he was the controller for one of the largest home owners’ associations in Texas, Pecan Plantation Owners’ Association and Country Club in Granbury, where he worked for eight years. He graduated from Tarleton State University with a degree in accounting in 1998 and received his CPA license shortly thereafter. He and his family moved to Kerrville for the opportunity to be part of a vibrant, growing organization and community.
Human Resource Manager/Accounting
A native of the hill country, Le Ann was born in Junction and moved to Kerrville in 2000. Le Ann graduated from Schreiner University with a B.B.A. in Accounting/Information Systems and has over 19 years experience in the accounting field. She joined Comanche Trace in May 2010 as the Human Resource Manager and is part of the accounting team. She has one daughter, Kristin.
Growing up in Kerrville, Ashley graduated from Tivy High School in 2003. She joined Comanche Trace in 2010 while attending Schreiner University, earning her B.A. in Psychology with extensive accounting courses. Ashley and her husband Eloy have three children and enjoy being involved in their school and sports activities.

Laura has over 20 years of experience working as an Executive/Administrative Assistant and is married to her high school sweetheart, James. They have 3 children and are very involved with their activities.

Born and raised right here in The Texas Hill Country, Kelsey has a true love for this area. She has over 7 years experience in the Customer Service and Marketing industries. In her free time, she enjoys an array of outdoor activities, reading, and cooking. She also enjoys meeting new people. Kelsey is excited to expand her Marketing experience here at Comanche Trace.

Dennis and his wife Heather decided to call Comanche Trace home after he retired from The City of Tulsa. After coming to the Hill Country for over 20 years while visiting family, they knew they wanted to move here. Comanche Trace was the type of community they were drawn to, and after visiting, the decision was an easy one. They appreciate the high quality HOA and exceptional golf course. Those are just two of the reasons they call Comanche Trace home.

Laura and her family love the Hill Country and have been coming to Kerrville for more than 25 years. They moved in 2008, and are blessed to call Kerrville home and raise their two girls here. She and her husband met in college and have been married for 29 years. They are now empty nesting with their two daughters away at college. Laura has Administrative experience with KPMG and UHV. She enjoys spending time with her family, and serving alongside her church and community.
