For the golfers, we have 27 holes of some of the best golf in the Texas Hill Country. With three 9-hole courses of varying difficulty and elevation, and four tee positions per hole, you will enjoy your round, whether casual or completive. Our bentgrass greens and Tifsport fairways are immaculately maintained for year-round play. When you’re not playing, you can sharpen your skills at our 15-acre practice and teaching facility, complete with putting and chipping areas. There are even tournaments and golf organizations to join for added benefit.

If maintaining your fitness levels is important for you, we have everything you need and more. Take your pick from our fully equipped fitness facility, hiking, biking, and jogging trails, swimming pool, tennis courts, on-site personal trainers and fitness classes, to our healthy menu selections at the Clubhouse restaurants. At Comanche Trace, your workout can be as eclectic as you wish.

Taxes

The tax situation in the state of Texas and in Kerrville is a very favorable one. Texas has NO STATE INCOME TAX. The current property tax rate for the city of Kerrville, Kerr County and local schools is $2.25 per $100 in value. Also, there is a ceiling on real property ad valorem taxes for residential property owners 65 years of age or older.
